Appearance - 4.0
Pours 1 1/2 fingers of white head that has good retention and leaves some nice lacing. The beer is a light amber color with some sediment floating throughout.
Aroma - 4.0
First thing that hits my nose is the powerful citrus smell, followed closely by some sweet caramel. There's also some piny hops at the end.
Mouthfeel - 3.5
A light-medium bodied beer. Has good carbonation and feel, not too watery.
Taste - 4.0
Caramel and bready malts hit first. Next up is citrus, grapefruit and then some piny hops leaving a slightly bitter finish. Balanced well between the malts and hops.
Overall - 4.0
An excellent pale ale, has a great dink-ability. Would make a good session beer, I might have to pick this up more often.
