Appearance - 4.0
A very deep opaque cherry red and brown with a off-white head.
Aroma - 4.0
A noticeable but not over bearing smell of cherries with the ale aroma still strong.
Mouthfeel - 4.0
Kind of thick to the mouth with a slightly heavy carbonation.
Taste - 3.5
Just a hint of cherry flavour that follows the ale around as you drink it.
Overall - 4.0
Overall a very good Quadrupel with a nice hint of cherries, probably best in cooler weather.
