Blind Pig IPA was originally brewed by Vinnie at Blind Pig Brewing Co. in Temecula CA. Inspired by the original Blind Pig IPA, this beer is loaded with hop character but only has 6.0% ABV.

Appearance - 4.0
Pours one finger of white head with an OK retention and some nice lacing. The beer is a golden straw color with a hint of orange and is slightly hazy.
Aroma - 4.5
Has a fairly strong citrus hop smell to it, with some orange and lemon standing out.
Mouthfeel - 4.0
A light-medium bodied beer with a fairly high amount of carbonation. It has a creamy feel as well as a slick feeling from the hops oil.
Taste - 4.5
Starts out with a sweet bready malt which is followed by a tropical-like fruitiness. Then come the signature citrus hops and grapefruit finish. The afters taste is nice and hoppy, more so than Pliny the Elder.
Overall - 4.5
It has a lighter feel to it and a fairly low abv for an IPA, but it doesn't sacrifice flavor. There is a good amount of delicious hops in this brew and it's quite drinkable.
