Brewed in the spirit of the abbey ales of Belgium. Brewed with the same care and attention to the Art of Brewing that is practiced in the monastic breweries of Belgium.
A Belgian inspired amber. This beer gets it’s color from the candi sugar, as it is made without dark or crystal malts.

Appearance - 4.0
A cloudy deep yellow colour with a creamy white head that leaves trails down the glass.
Aroma - 3.5
A light floral aroma with hints of chamomile.
Mouthfeel - 3.5
Medium in body with a nice amount of carbonation.
Taste - 3.0
A strong flavour overall, a bit floral and a light bitterness that lingers with a spiceyness from the alcohol content.
Overall - 3.5
Overall a very good beer from this small batch brewing company that I hope can spread their brews out across the country!
