Average of 1 rating: 4.0 stars.
Description:
Dunkel Weisse fills a glass like few beers can. The pour releases banana and clove aromas. Roasted malt flavor is complemented by caramel and chocolate undertones. Then a crisp finish refreshes the palate. Undeniable proof that brewing is truly an art.

Appearance - 4.0
A cloudy dark caramel amber colour with a nice tan head. The head slides down the side of the glass as you empty it.
Aroma - 4.5
Definite mix of banana and cloves, the banana being stronger.
Mouthfeel - 3.0
Not light while not very heavy. A light amount of carbonation.
Taste - 3.5
Clove flavour with a hint of banana's. Further tasting reveals the roasted malty taste.
Overall - 4.0
A dark wheat ale with a distinct aroma and flavour that I cannot help but like.
